Because we understand that, we understand that if you decide to have us perform the Design & Drafting for you & your client, that the client is “ YOUR CLIENT” not ours! .

We look to work with Professional Contractors & earn your business. We do understand Construction from our years of actual hands-on experience being in the trade! Our chief aim is to do what you want us to do, draw it how YOU want to build it & get the plans completed quick & without drama or excuses! .

MOST PLANS COMPLETED IN 5-10 DAYS!.

1. WE WILL NEVER SHOW UP EARLY TO THE PROJECT & INTRODUCE OURSELVES TO YOUR CLIENT. WE WILL ALWAYS SHOW UP ON TIME & REMAIN IN OUR CAR UNTIL YOU SHOW UP.
2. WHEN WE SHOW UP TO THE PROJECT, WE WALK IN BEHIND YOU. WE UNDERSTAND THAT WERE A PART OF YOUR TEAM. IT’S YOUR CLIENT & JOB, NOT OURS. YOUR’E IN CHARGE.
3. WE NEVER GIVE YOUR CLIENT OUR BUSINESS CARD.
4. WE DO NOT DISCUSS OUR IDEAS OUR CONCERNS TO YOUR CLIENT. IF WE DO HAVE; IDEAS OR CONCERNS, WE WILL DISCUSS THIS WITH YOU “OFF-SITE”.
5. WHEN WE COMPLETE DESIGNS FOR REVIEW, WE WILL ALWAYS EMAIL THEM TO YOU. EVEN IF THE CLIENT ASKS US TO EMAIL THEM, THAT’S YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. THEYRE YOUR CLIENT.
6. YOUR COMPANY LOGO, NAME & INFORMATION WILL BE PROMINENTLY PLACED ON THE FRONT CENTER PAGE OF THE PLANS. IT’S YOUR PROJECT & YOUR’E THE FOCUS, NOT US.

I would like to thank you and your company for the work you did to make our family room addition become a reality. After giving you our ideas, desires and wants, your staff did an excellent job drawing up the blueprints needed for the building permit. I like the idea of your company doing all the leg work pulling all the permits necessary. It was money well spent. I’ve attached some pictures of our completed addition. All inspections were completed with no errors. Except for the foundation and texturing of the walls, all the work was done by my wife Charlene and me. We had a great time doing this project.
